WELCOME!

As a way for us to cook regularly, share our passion, and spread ideas about what food should be, we're offering different tasting menus to the Whitman community throughout the year. Away from the stress of the typical restaurant kitchen, we're able to experiment, collaborate, and create themed multi-course menus, learning and informing about seasonal Walla Walla produce, historic and ancient cuisines, modern techniques, and more.
